PDG Construction Services receives Gresham Outlook and Sandy Post 2010 Readers Choice Award for BEST BUILDING CONTRACTOR.

The new 77,300 square-foot facility is the final phase of the senior living community.  The architect for the expansion is Axis Design Group. PDG Construction Services is the general contractor for the $10.8 million project

A ribbon cutting was held for HM3 Ethanol's new test laboratory at Mt. Hood Community College on Oct. , 2008. Dr. John "Ski" Sygielski, college president, and Dr. Hiroshi Morihara, HM3 Ethanol president and CEO, say their cooperative effort holds a very promising future. The new test laboratory was constructed by PDG Construction Services.
