Courtyard Fountain Retirement Community (Expansion)

This 77,300 SF facility, the final phase of a three-phase senior living community in Gresham, Oregon, was completed in 2010. The project consists of three stories of wood-framed structure over a concrete parking garage with a post-tensioned concrete deck.   The new building provides 44 assisted living units and 15 senior living apartments.  A large banquet room, private dining rooms, conference rooms, offices, commercial kitchen, beauty salon, nurses station are all part of this new building.  The project also includes new waterfalls, play fountain, sports court, multiple gardens, and extensive landscaping on the 6-acre site.
